Pickett's American Craft Ginger Beer Concentrated Syrup
Based in Brooklyn, New York, the Pickett Brothers (Jim, Bob, & Matt- they are REAL) have made a vibrant ginger based syrup that is excellent for use in everything from a Moscow Mule to a made-to-your-liking Ginger Ale.
Hugh especially likes it added to hot water for a quick ginger tea.
Should be excellent as a chicken glaze as well. We are going to experiment with that next... enjoying it with our Templeton Rye-Pickett's Ginger-and Lime, of course.
Use 1 part Pickett's Syrup to 5 parts soda water as a guideline for soda mix.
We use 1-1.5 oz per cocktail (and add soda), depending on flavor profile needed.
Two versions are available: Medium Spicy and Hot N' Spicy.

Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Ginger Extract, Citric Acid, Natural Spice Blend, Caramel Color, Cellulose Gum.
