Kastehelmi Bread and Butter Plate, 6.75" by Oiva Toikka for Iittala

Perfect as an accent piece or for an entire table setting.

Originally designed by Oiva Toikka in 1964, the Kastehelmi ("Dewdrop") design was an attempt to hide mold marks from manufactured glass.  The series glistens like dewdrops in the sun, hence the name.

Made at the Iittala Factory.
