Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping

Most orders over $95 ship ground for free in the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories may have additional charges for shipping. Shipping charges shown for these areas are estimates.  Larger items, such as furniture, may not be able to be shipped outside of the continental US and/or may have additional shipping charges and not be covered by the Free Shipping Offer.  International shipping will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Amusespot is not responsible for customs clearance, fees, or duties on international orders.

Packages are generally shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground.  Some orders may be shipped directly from manufacturers or manufacturer's representatives.

Faster and Express Shipment may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a quote.

Amusespot has a green shipping policy and reserves the right to re-use external packaging and packaging materials.  Please tell us if you require alternative packaging. 

Returns and Damages

AMUSESPOT NEEDS TO HAVE NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. When items are received damaged or defective we often need images of the product in order to file a claim and/or order a replacement. By ordering from Amusespot you agree to work with us to correct any issues that may arise. Generally photography, if needed, should be done as soon as possible.  In the event we cannot obtain necessary information in a timely manner the claim may be denied. 

Amusespot will accept returns for exchange, credit, or refund for most items within (14) fourteen days of receipt.

  • The restocking fee for general returned product is 20%.

  • Items for return must be in as-new, unused condition with original packaging. Condition and Refunds are solely determined by Amusespot. 

  • Sale, Clearance Items, Custom Items, and Special Orders are NOT RETURNABLE.

  • Some orders may be considered Special Order due to other circumstances. Customers will be notified prior to acceptance of an order for a special order item or items.

  • Orders of Kartell, Nymphenburg, Hering Berlin, Ercuis, Rosenthal, and Richard Ginori are NOT RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELED.

  • Sets of Dinnerware and Flatware are NOT RETURNABLE.  It is strongly advised to order a sample piece to determine compatibility.

  • Lighting, Pillows, and Furniture are NOT RETURNABLE.

  • Products containing alchohol or other hazardous materials are NOT RETURNABLE. For example, home fragrances and perfumes. 

  • Shipping Fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.  In the event an order received a free shipping offer the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount.

  • In the event of an exchange, the exchanged item(s) will be charged and the customer’s card refunded upon processing of the returned item. 

  • Refunds may take up to (14) fourteen business days to process.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the event of receiving an item damaged in transit
, please reserve all packing materials and notify Amusespot immediately at fun@amusespot.com or (702) 857-8212.  

DO NOT dispose of packaging. It may be necessary for reshipment or filing of an insurance claim. Generally we will require an image of the damaged item in order to file a claim.

Items damaged in transit may be refunded, replaced, or credit given. A credit or refund may occur in the event a product may not be able to be replaced in a timely fashion. This is at the discretion of Amusespot, Inc. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event of a defective item please contact us directly at (702) 857-8212 or fun@amusespot.com.  Many of our goods are covered under Manufacturer's Warranty.  This warranty time and coverage may vary. 

RETURNING AN ITEM 
Special Orders and Clearance Items are not returnable. 

Please ship your product in any manner you choose to: Amusespot Returns, 2550 Anthem Village Dr, Suite 150, Henderson, NV 89052. Please Pack Well. Amusespot is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is suggested and a very good idea.

In the event that your purchase was shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us at fun@amusespot.com to allow us to register your return.  Please return the product as indicated above. Thank you.

Returned items should be in good, sellable condition.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  In the event of exchange please contact us for faster processing at (702) 857-8212.  Please pack any returned merchandise well in original packaging and insure.
