Shipping & Return Policy


Due to COVID we are experiencing issues and delays with availability of product.  Please be patient.  Customer service is available to answer questions before placement of your order. We are doing our best to keep product in our warehouse.

Not all of the products or services described on this Site are available in all areas of the United States and/or you may not be eligible for them. We reserve the right to determine eligibility. 

An item shown on may not be in stock for immediate shipment. Product availability varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. While we try to maintain adequate inventory shortages do occur. Amusespot will contact you if there are any issues or significant delays with your order. 

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or manufacturer's representatives. As this is through a secondary warehouse we may not have control over delivery time.


Most orders over $95 ship ground for free in the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories may have additional charges for shipping. Shipping charges shown for these areas are estimates.  Larger items, such as furniture, may not be able to be shipped outside of the continental US.  International shipping will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Amusespot is not responsible for customs clearance, fees, or duties on international orders.

Amusespot has a green shipping policy and reserves the right to re-use external packaging and packaging materials.  Please tell us if you require alternative packaging. 

Returns and Damages

Amusespot will accept returns for exchange, credit, or refund within (14) fourteen days of receipt. Items for return must be in as-new condition, as determined by Amusespot. Refunds may take up to (14) fourteen business days to process. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no returns allowed on merchandise marked ‘Special Order Item.’ In the event of an exchange, the exchanged item(s) will be charged and the customer’s card refunded upon processing of the returned item. In the event of receiving an item damaged in transit, please reserve all packing materials and notify Amusespot immediately at or (702) 857-8212.  

DO NOT dispose of packaging. It may be necessary for reshipment or filing of an insurance claim. Generally we will require an image of the damaged item in order to file a claim.

Items damaged in transit may be refunded, replaced, or credit given. A credit or refund may occur in the event a product may not be able to be replaced in a timely fashion. This is at the discretion of Amusespot, Inc. 

In the event of a defective item please contact us directly at (702) 857-8212 or  Many of our goods are covered under Manufacturer's Warranty.  This warranty time and coverage may vary. 

FREE EXCHANGES: Use our automated system to create a paid exchange label at no cost to you. Include a note letting us know what item you'd like instead.

EASY RETURNS: Use our automated system to create a paid return label. Your refund will be debited $9.75 for using this service. Alternatively, you may ship your product in any manner you choose to: Amusespot Returns, 2550 Anthem Village Dr, Suite 150, Henderson, NV 89052. Please Pack Well. Amusespot is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

In the event that your purchase was shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us at to allow us to register your return.  Please return the product as indicated above. Thank you.

Items marked Special Order or similar are not returnable.

Returned items should be in good, sellable condition.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  In the event of exchange please contact us for faster processing at (702) 857-8212.  Please pack any returned merchandise well in original packaging and insure.

Packages are generally shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground.  Some orders may be shipped directly from manufacturers or manufacturer's representatives.
