We’ve been involved in the retail and interior design space for over 25 years and are still going strong.

What types of products do you sell?

We carry an extensive selection of luxury and everyday items. Our inventory includes home decor, lifestyle goods, kitchenware, barware, spa products, and much more.

Where do your products come from?

Our products are sourced from designers, artists, and brands from all over the world.

Purchasing sets of flatware, towels, or dinnerware

We urge our clients to purchase a single set or unit of an unfamiliar item to determine if the item is to your satisfaction before placing a larger order. Most large orders are considered special order and are non-returnable. There is nothing worse than having both the client and Amusespot being unhappy. 

What is a Special Order?

A special order is generally an item that is not regularly stocked by Amusespot.
Items that often get damaged during returns, such as replacement shades and polycarbonate furniture, are non-returnable. Clearance items and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will notify you of Special Order status when we process your order.

How long will it take my product to ship?

Generally most orders for product stocked in our warehouse ship same day (M-F) if the order is placed before noon PST.

Not all of the products or services described on this Site are available in all areas of the United States and/or you may not be eligible for them. We reserve the right to determine eligibility. 

An item shown on Amusespot.com may not be in stock for immediate shipment. Product availability varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. While we try to maintain adequate inventory shortages do occur. Amusespot will contact you if there are any issues or significant delays with your order. 

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or manufacturer's representatives. As this is through a secondary warehouse we may not have control over delivery time.

What is AmusespotABC?

AmusespotABC is our 501(c)(3) non-profit charity organization that rescues books and other materials that would have ended up in landfills and redistributes them to classrooms and students for free. Visit the website for more details.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Most orders over $95 ship free in the continental United States. Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories may require additional shipping fees (an estimate will be provided upon checkout).

Shipping costs for international orders are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Amusespot isn’t responsible for customs clearance fees or duties.

Furniture and other large items may be limited to U.S. shipping.

Contact us for a quote if you require express shipping.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We’re committed to green shipping methods, including reusing packaging materials and external packaging. If you require alternative packaging, please let us know.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns in as-new condition within 14 days. We’ll provide an exchange, credit, or refund. If an item is damaged in transit or arrives defective, please save the packaging and contact us at (702) 857-8212 or service@amusespot.com. Check our return policy for more details.
