1876 Mata Hari Eau de Parfum by Histoires de Parfums
Product Description:
Margaretha Geertruida Zelle was born in the Netherlands, of a Dutch father and a Javanese mother. She was to draw her dancer and courtesan name, Mata Hari, meaning the eye of day in Malay, from her exotic origins.
A spicy rose scent with a cinnamon, sandalwood, and a hint of cumin. We found this scent to be mysterious and changing throughout the day.
Top Note: Orange, Bergamot, Litchi
Heart Note: Rose, Iris, Violet, Cumin, Cinnamon, Carnation
Base Note: Sandalwood, Vetiver, Guaiacum, White Musk, Vanilla
Founded in 2000 by Gerard Ghislain, Histoires de Parfums is about telling stories through scents. Formally trained at ISIPCA at Versailles, Ghislain first developed a series based upon famous people and named after the dates of their birth. The line has continued to grow as inspiration strikes. The eau de parfums are at 15% and are quality and long-lasting.
