Love is in full bloom on this year’s plaquette. The couple is in love and has only eyes for each other on their way through the beautiful, snow-covered streets of Næstved. Hotel Kirstine stands before them – 250-year-old timbered farmhouse which over the years has served as a post office, a wine shop and a mayor’s residence. With its crooked rooms and thick beamed ceilings, the hotel exudes history and charm and is known as a romantic getaway for lovers. It has served as the setting for many happy weddings over the years.
