Newness, freshness and poetry dominate the aesthetic/constructive approach developed by the Campana brothers, Fernando and Humberto, for their “Blow Up” series, in which the form of the objects is created by the play of shapes and spaces generated by the steel rods put together almost at random.
Many of the themes investigated by the pair are based on the re-use of materials in local street art in Brazil.
