A very clever specialized service piece designed for Chef Benoit Sinthon. Chef Sinthon is a Portuguese Michelin Star awarded chef. The Espiral, as its name suggests, is a three dimensional spiral with a depression on top. This can be used in numerous ways ranging from fantastic presentation to over the top sauce accents.
