A classic Girl with a Dove Ariel vase designed by Edvin Ohrstrom (1906-1994) for Orrefors Glass, Sweden.
The Ariel technique involves deeply carving a motif into glass followed by casing the glass in clear glass, thus trapping bubbles. The technique dates back to the first to second quarters of the 20th Century.
Very good condition.
