"In Vino Veritas" Decanter by Match Pewter
An elegant decanter with raised pewter lettering that reads "In Vino Veritas," or "in wine, truth." Made by Italian Artisans.

Match was founded by RISD graduate David Reiss in 1995. He collaborates closely with Italian artisans to produce designs in classic European forms from the 14th through 19th centuries; many are cast from molds made from original antiques.
Pewter has an odd warmth in appearance that allows it to seamlessly meld with traditional and modern table settings alike. Each "In Vino Veritas" Decanter by Match Pewter piece is made with a lead free alloy of tin, copper and antimony that is FDA approved and food safe.
Do not soak. Hand washing suggested.

To clean your pewter hand wash in warm water with a liquid dish soap. Be sure to dry the pewter completely, as water allowed to dry on pewter may cause spots. Any spots that appear can be easily removed by polishing or by gently rubbing the area in small circular motions with very fine "0000" steel wool.
