About the Designer:
The Swedish designer Björn Dahlström began his career in graphic design, which is evident in his approach toward glass and in his two- and three-dimensional work as an industrial designer. He has designed rugs, bicycles, toys, furniture, and household products for companies including CBI, Atlas Copco, Marimekko, Magis, and Kasthall. For Orrefors, Björn Dahlström has designed Informal. The collection was nominated in 2021 for the Swedish Design Prize in the category of “Identity Product Design” and earned second place (silver).
