Italicus Stainless Steel Poultry Shears by Antonia Campi
A classic functional design originally made by Ermenegildo Collini S.p.A in Milan, the Italicus shears (Model 397) have been reproduced. Featuring polished drop-forged stainless steel with spring opening and latch, the shears have a nice design element for dealing with larger bones. We find them far better than other shears on the market.
