The Mitra cutlery was inspired by the mitre a bishop wears on his head. Because silver was in short supply during the second World War, Mitra made history by being the first steel cutlery to be produced by Georg Jensen. Mitra is a classic desig that will both withstand and relish being used everyday. This product is dishwasher safe.
The set contains one each of the dinner fork (3300002), dinner spoon (3300011), long dinner knife (3300003), starters fork (3300022) and tea spoon (3300031).

Gundorph Albertus (1887-1970) joined Georg Jensens silversmithy in 1911, while studying as a sculptor at the Royal Art Academy in Copenhagen. Before this he had worked as a silversmith in Munich and Paris for years. He received a gold medal at the World Exhibit in Paris in 1925 as well as the honor award in 1937.
