The Quarta Posata was inspired by Chef Ferran Adria’s concept of the tapa tong.
Redesigned by Chef Marco Stabile of Oro d’Aria, in collaboration with Jeunes Restaurateurs D'Europe (JRE) Italia and Mepra.
The Quarta Posata is used for petite fours, tapas, small desserts or anything that sparks your creativity. Set along with a spoon, fork and knife or present it when the time is right.
Material(s): 18/10 stainless steel; other colors available upon request.
Dishwasher safe.
Lifetime warranty.
Produced in several colors: Stainless Steel, Oro, Oro Ice, Oro Nero, Bronze and Rainbow.
