Tangency is a small geometrical show. When looking at the time is no longer a mundane activity but a delightful experience.Tangency Watch is the first design Joel Escalona has done for Projects Watches.
Inspired by a playful geometrical game, where lines and shapes interact by hiding and revealing curious relationships with one another. On the dial, one disc that seems to revolve around a different center from the hour and minute hands. This time around, no matter how insignificant seconds might seem, they are the protagonists of this abstract staging.
Tangency Watch has a unisex 40mm size case. It is made of brushed stainless steel and complemented with a 20mm wide black leather strap

Born in Mexico City in 1986 and graduated in Industrial Design in 2009 from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Azcapotzalco, Joel Escalona's work has been exhibited in the mayor design capitals of the world, such as New York, Paris, Milan and Mexico City.
