Wanders, as you may know, is one of the "Super-Designers" of the world. He's been a part of the scene since the 90's, when he magically appeared as a mover-and-shaker of the mostly Dutch Collective Droog Design. Since then he has founded and morphed his own company (Wanders Wonders-Moooi) and designed for numerous others in the luxury goods sector.

The Dressed Collection by Marcel Wanders has spanned half a decade and has introduced objects as diverse as cutlery, dinnerware, cookware, & watches in materials ranging from porcelain to wood. The Dressed collection is noted as an elegant series of objects featuring ornate, and cleverly placed, Baroque accents.

The cookware is especially interesting, with aluminum construction and non-stick coating on the frying pans. The stainless steel handles display the famous Dressed neo-baroque details with a novel deep drawing and stamping technique.  And the cute little clown with the button nose in the detailing?  That's Wanders.

This special introductory offer places the cookware collection at better pricing than numerous mainstream competitors such as Calphalon and Henckels - and this is Made in Italy, Not China.
