Fast vases from Rosenthal depict classic Ming vases caught in the midst of acceleration, intended as a metaphor for modern life.
The Fast pattern was awarded the Good Design Award USA, and nominated for the 2009 Designpreis.
Cedric Ragot studied at the National School of Industrial Design before opening his own studio. His designs have repeatedly won awards, and many are featured in contemporary art museums.
